How
does the order process work?
- When you see an item you would like enter
the quantity and click on the "add to basket"
button. This places the item in an electronic shopping basket.
You can check to see what you have placed in your shopping
basket at any time simply by clicking on the "shopping
basket" button at the top of the page.
- After you've finished shopping, select "checkout"
at the top of the page.
- Next, you are shown your order and asked
to fill in your shipping and billing information. When you
are finished click the "continue" button.
- The next page will show you the shipping
and billing information you entered as well as the items
you are ordering. On this page you are able to enter and
redeem a coupon if you have one .You are also asked to select
your method of shipping and payment type. Once you have
finished click the "continue" button.
- The next page is the final page. Here you
will verify that all information is correct and enter your
credit card number. When you have finished click the "continue"

- Your order will then be processed (this may
take a minute of so). When processing is finished you will
be given an order number and your invoice will be e-mailed
to you

How
does the shopping cart work?
Once you have selected the "add to basket" button
next to any product that product is placed in an electronic
shopping basket. You can check the contents of your shopping
basket at any time simply by clicking on the shopping basket
at the top of the page. If there is a product you would like
to remove from your shopping basket simply click the remove
button next to the item.
Are
credit card transactions on Chi Works safe?
Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your
credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department
store. Chi Works' servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL),
an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator,
Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL's browser so that only
Chi Works can read a buyer's personal information.
When
are credit cards charged for an order?
Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.
If there is any problem with the credit card that is used
or the information was entered incorrectly you will be told
that we are unable to authorize payment. You can then either
enter a new credit card or make sure the information was entered
correctly. If the credit card is still unable to be processed
please contact your credit card company.
Does
Chi Works charge sales tax?
State laws require a California-based business (such as Chi Works) to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California
addresses. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected
is based on the tax rate for the City of Commerce, California.
We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders
shipped to residents of any other states.
Can
people outside the United States order from Chi Works?
Chi Works can accept US and International orders.
What
is the method of shipping?
We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail or International
Priority Mail. Price will be determined at the shopping cart
page.
